Tender BBQ Ribs with OJ


1 part of BBQ Sauce
2 parts of OJ
1) Submerge ribs with BBQ sauce and liquid covering majority if not all of the ribs.
2) Bake covered at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
3) Bake another hour at 350 degrees without cover.
4) Optional: Pull out ribs and place on baking rack, discard cooked liquid. Brush more BBQ sauce on top of ribs and broil for another 5-10 min.
A friend gave me this recipe because my version of BBQ ribs didn't fall off the bones. The OJ (citrus) in this recipe sure made the meat fall off the bone!! It was quite tastey too with the OJ flavor which you can definitely taste!
