Kim Chee Pork

I just thought everything would go well with Kim Chee, so why not try making Kim Chee Pork? So I put my brain together and came up with this. Mr. P said he really likes it, he even asked me to make this when we go to potlucks for grown ups!

1 pound of pork, cut in strips
1 tablespoon of Rooster Sauce (Chiracha)
1 teaspoon of chili pepper, crushed
1 tablespoon of kim chee juice (from the jar)
1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 cup of kim chee, cut in strips
half an onion, cut in strips

Marinate pork with rooster sauce, chili pepper, Kim chee juice, chili oil, and sesame oil for half an hour. Meanwhile, cook onion in a skillet until soft, then pour in marinated pork into the skillet and cook until pork strips are no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes. Add in Kim Chee and stir fry for a few more minutes until pork is cooked through. You can now thicken the sauce by adding cornstarch & water mixture if you wish. Serve with rice.

Picture here is Haiga rice. It has the taste of white, but it's as healthy as brown rice. It does have a hint of pearl color with a white dot in each grain, but it's healthier for you.
