This goes really well with thick boneless shortribs (can be found at Costco).
1/2 cup shoyu
1/4 cup honey
1 apple, peeled and cored (this is to tenderize the meat)
3 cloves of garlic
some green onion
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup chili garlic sauce (sweet or regular)
Put them in food processor and pour them in the short ribs in a ziplog bag. Marinate for at least 24 hours, then grill. YUM!
