Bread Pudding

1 Kings Bakery or Ani's Sweet Bread
1 cup Raisins (optional)
1 cup Apple Pie Filling (optional)
2 cups Milk
1 cup Sugar
1 block Butter
5 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon

1) Heat up milk sugar, butter in a saucepan until butter is melted. Cool till warm.
2) Tear bread into 2" pieces & place in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle raisins in between the bread. Spread pie filling on top.
3) Mix eggs, vanilla, cinnamon in a separate bowl. Add to cooled milk mixture. Pour over bread.
4) Use the back of spoon to press on bread to make sure bread is saturated.
5) Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  1. Good timing! I was looking for a bread pudding recipe too. Seems simple enough and sounds really delicious.
