asian crab and noodle salad



1 package of noodles (thin spaghetti or somen)

1 package of imitation crab meat (shred with fork)

1 cucumber (julienne, or cut very thinly in strips of 2 inches)

1 bottle of oriental salad dressing

1 bottle of furikake

cook noodles according to package direction, drain and mix with alittle salad dressing, let cool, then place cucumbers and crab meat on top. Keep refrigeratede Right before serving, drizzle more oriental salad dressing to taste and sprinkle furikake and mix well with noodles. Serve immediately.

  2. i made this for a potluck...I had a stash without the cucumbers. hehe.
