Barbeque Cola Chicken
6 Chicken drumsticks or boneless chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cup barbeque sauce (more or less as desired)
1/2 can of coca cola
1) In a pot, boil chicken in water until it's almost cooked.
2) Drain the water out of the pot then add the minced garlic in the pot of chicken.
3) Add barbeque sauce in the pot (I used Tony Roma's)
4) Add the 1/2 can of cola and bring to a boil.
5) Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 30 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken while drinking the leftover can of coke.
Pictured is chicken meat shredded off from the drumsticks. It's so soft that they usually just fall out of the bones. But in my case, Mr. P and lil P were just spoiled. They wanted me to take out the bones...

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup juice from lemon
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 pork tenderloin (total 2 lbs)
2 tbsp light brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Marinate the tenderloin in olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a ziplog bag, refrigerate for 30 min, turn over half way. Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place tenderloins in, reserved the marinade for later. Cook pork for 10 to 12 min until cooked to medium, turn to brown the other side. Remove and keep warm. Place the reserved marinade, the brown sugar, and salt in the skillet and bring to boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 5 min. Slice the pork and serve topped with the sauce. YUM!

Cereal Bar
What to do with lefover marshmellows from 'smores, and too much cereal boxes? Make cereal bars! I used the same concept as rice krispies, can make alot of possibilities!
1/2 bar of butter
Leftover Marshmellows (or 3/4 bag of large marshmellows)
Cereal (I have cheerios, chex, and granola with craisin, about 1 cup each)
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Melt butter in a pot in medium heat, pour in marshmellows and stir to melt, turn heat to low. Once melted, remove from stove. Pour in Cereal and mix. Can add nuts and other dry fruits as you wish.
Pour into 9x13 pan, evenly distribute, then add chocolate chips. Press down to flatten. Let cool, about 1 hour. Cut into bars and wrap using siran wrap. Enjoy!

Grill Shrimp

I tried this at a friend's house and it was finger licking good! He was able to give me the ingredients, so here is my measurements that goes with the recipe:
1 cup Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Honey
3 tsp Shoyu
drops of hot sauce (the rooster one is best but any viet ones are just fine)
drops of Worchestershire sauce
crushed Hawaiian Salt
3 cloves minced garlic
Put them all together in a ziploc bag and marinade in the fridge for about an hour before grilling. Peeled shrimp would be about 4-5 minutes on one side and then 3 minutes on the other side or until it turns pink, if you cook it too long it'll turn dry. If it's not peeled, it can be cooked alittle longer or until the shells are crunchy. Some likes to eat with shell on because of this. I like to lick/suck the shell first and then peel it and then eat the inside.
